I recently stayed at a hotel in a beautiful location near the Falls of Clyde, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. the value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a room with ensite facilities and a stunning view of the falls. The staff were friendly and provided great service, ensuring that all my needs were met. I appreciated the attention to detail, such as the plexiglass covering on the window, which allowed for a peaceful night's sleep. The basic amenities, including a kettle in the bedroom, made my stay comfortable and convenient. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious and the perfect start to the day.
All was fine, nothing to complain about.

As young holiday goers, we loved being able to use the swimming pool at the hotel next door for just £5. The Youth Hostel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided for my friend was a generous portion of bread rolls, ham, cheese, and tomatoes. The room was warm and cozy, with separate toilet and shower facilities. We also enjoyed the option of cooking our own breakfast.
Felt safe and secure, no reason to complain.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money this hotel offers. Not only are the prices affordable, but the attention to detail in every aspect is commendable. The hotel is located in a unique and beautiful area, close to the highlands and just a short walk from the station. The Falls of Clyde, which I discovered to be a hidden gem, added to the charm of the location. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, and they were always friendly and helpful. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as the ensite facilities, were clean and well-maintained. I particularly enjoyed the modern and comfortable sofas in the lounge area, and having a fridge in the room was a convenient touch. Lastly, the breakfast provided exceeded my expectations and was a great way to start the day.
Everything was impressive, no improvements needed.

The location was great for exploring the UNESCO heritage site and the surrounding nature. The price was reasonable for a budget traveler. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The bedding was not clean, and there was no wardrobe to store our clothes. The bunk beds were not comfortable, especially for couples looking for a double bed, and the shower drainage was an issue in one of the rooms. The lack of Wi-Fi and mobile connection made it difficult to communicate with family and friends during the holidays. The absence of stores and cafes nearby was an inconvenience, and the carpet in the room was dirty. The heating was not working correctly, and the bathroom was disgusting and unsafe. this was not the best experience for our Christmas getaway.

Great value for money with comfortable accommodation and friendly staff. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the nearby World Heritage Site. The hostel offered a self-catering kitchen where guests could prepare their meals.
The rooms had single beds instead of the double beds we had booked. The lack of a proper window and limited ventilation made the rooms feel damp and stuffy.
